When you've placed an order at our webshop, you may exercise your right of return within 14 days after receiving your order. During the reflection period you will handle the product and its packaging with care, and only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for establishing the nature, the characteristics and the effect of the product. The guiding principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product in the manner in which one is allowed to handle a product in a store.
If you wish to return one or several products, please follow these guidelines:
The direct costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer. We do however refund the shipping costs you paid when placing your original order.

There's always a chance of ordering the wrong product by mistake, for example in the wrong size or color. You can return these products as follows:
Returned products must be in immaculate condition. Products that have already been assembled will not be accepted.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. This can be done via e-mail or regular mail. Always state your full name and your order number in your written cancellation.
Did you receive a damaged or broken item? Please contact our customer service department by email at email@example.com or via telephone number +31 85 876 9481. We will walk you through the return process of the damaged item(s). We will send the new product to you whenever we have received the damaged or broken item.
