All products sold by ActiveStyle come with the standard manufacturers or suppliers warranty. If you feel that your product is defective and you are eligible for a warranty claim, please send us a picture of the product first, along with your order number and a description of the defect. One of our employees will then contact you.
In case of a valid claim for a product that is no older than 3 months, shipping costs will be paid by ActiveStyle. This does not apply to possible transport costs for returning products to ActiveStyle in person or when you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery.
ActiveStyle will determine in collaboration with the manufacturer whether your claim is eligible for warranty and whether your product(s) will be replaced or repaired. Any (additional) costs that could emerge for the defective product are not eligible for a refund.
