Withdrawal

When you've placed an order with our webshop, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order. During the reflection period you will handle the product and its packaging with care, and only  unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for establishing the nature, the characteristics and the effect of the product.  The guiding principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product in the manner in which one is allowed to handle a product in a store.

If you wish to return one or several products, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Send us an e-mail informing us of the product(s) you wish to return. Please include the product model number and your order number.
  2. Return the product(s) with all delivered accessories, if reasonably possible in its original state and packaging, unused, and include a copy of your invoice, your order number and the IBAN number. After your return shipment has been received and processed by our Returns Department, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days to the account that was used to pay for the order.

The direct costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer. We do however refund the shipping costs you paid when placing your original order.

Wrong order

There's always a chance of ordering the wrong product by mistake, for example in the wrong size or color. You can return these products as follows:

  1. Send us an e-mail informing us of the products you wish to exchange. Please include the product model number and your order number.
  2. We will then send you an e-mail with further instructions.
  3. Send your return product to us with all delivered accessories and if reasonably possible in its original state and packaging, unused, within 14 days after receipt.

Returned products must be in immaculate condition. Products that have already been assembled will not be accepted.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. This can be done via e-mail or regular mail. Always state your full name and your order number in your written cancellation.

Damaged products

Did you receive a damaged or broken item? Please contact our customer service department by email at support@activestyle.nl or via telephone number +31646414464. We will walk you through the return process of the damaged item(s). We will send the new product to you whenever we have received the damaged or broken item.
